Cancellation Policy

We are not able to offer any refunds to tickets purchased. If you are not able to attend an event please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to resell your ticket to other families.

It is with regret that for families who do not attend or give less than a weeks notice of not attending an event we will ask you to pay for the children’s tickets so that the charity do not loose money for tickets bought, unless we are able to fill the spaces by offering the tickets to other families waiting.
